The New Energy Challenge is a European contest, created by Shell, Yes!Delft and Rockstart. Start-ups in the field of energy technology are challenged to come up with ground-breaking ideas to help reduce the impact on our climate of energy usage. The candidates with the best ideas are invited to pitch those ideas to a jury. The team with the best pitch wins no less than € 100,000 to develop its idea. The winning team will also receive active support and coaching from Shell.

From the start in 2017, Nubis has been involved in bringing the New Energy Challenge to the attention of the target audience. By using the right ads, we helped to build a loyal community on Facebook, Instagram and twitter. Alongside social media advertising, we were also involved in setting up and maintaining the Google Adwords campaign. By creating the right strategy for every channel and targeting the right audiences, we have reached more than six million people and introduced them to the New Energy Challenge.
